ｽﾏｰﾄﾌｫﾝを持っていれば、天気予報を見ることはできます。ですが、天気の仕組みを理解すれば、天気の変化を感じることができるのです。航海で我々を導いてくれるのは、大洋と大気の働きなのです。
MWX（ﾏﾘﾝｳｪｻﾞｰ）では、天気の仕組みから安全な航海への応用までを勉強できます。そして、勉強した知識をもとに海難事例について検証実践します。　（あ）
