4/22-24 VIP-BCC @ Yokosuka

VIP-BCC was held at Velasis, Yokosuka for a married couple from Germany.

Day 1 : Velasis – Misaki (13.2M) S 2~7m/s : a bit tough condition by growing wind and wave but sailing experiences were built. Day 2: Misaki – Funagata (13.8M) S 2~6m/s : ideal condition for training. Man over board rescue, main sail 1pt leef, navigation rule and stern anchoring were well practiced. Day 3 : Funagata – Velasis (16.2M) N 2~5m/s : mainly close hauled training in the morning followed by sailing with power in the afternoon.

All the requirements for ASA BCC have been successfully achieved with very high mark for final exam. Thank you very much for joining us and see you soon again at next course. (Michi)

ドイツ人ご夫妻の３日間のVIP-BCC、初日は次第に強くなる風と高まる波に翻弄される状況でしたが、ヨットの厳しさを少し体験いただきました。2日目は良い風と天候に恵まれ落水者救助、メインセール1ptリーフ、本船航路横断、槍付の実習です。3日目は北の風、クロースホールドのセーリング練習もできました。

終了テストも素晴らしい成績でパスされました。次のコースでお会いしましょう。（みち）
